Can I return an item if it doesn’t work out?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. The item needs to be unworn, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase. Email us at support@nioapparel.com and we’ll send you the return instructions — please don’t send anything back before your return has been approved. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Once your parcel reaches us and has been checked, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout over an encrypted SSL connection, so your card details are never visible to or stored by us. Prices and payments are in pounds sterling (£), and we add no surcharge for any payment method.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we’ll email you a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so don’t worry if there’s no movement at the start. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or junk folder — or send us your order number and we’ll look it up for you.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page links to our full size guide, with measurements in both centimetres and inches. The most reliable method is to measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, then compare those measurements to the chart rather than going by the size you usually buy. If you fall between two sizes, we’d recommend the larger one. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and we’ll tell you exactly which size to order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, and delivery within the UK takes a further 4–9 business days — around 5–13 business days in total. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) begin processing the next working day. During sales and other busy periods it can take slightly longer; if that affects your order, we’ll let you know by email. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier operations, weather or other factors outside our control.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on every order delivered within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. Your parcel is delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or an equivalent recognised carrier and arrives fully tracked. We currently ship within the UK only, and we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes or military (BFPO/APO) addresses.
